Delete your account
In the game (fastest)
- Open Knockfall.
- On the main menu, tap Friends.
- Open the Account tab.
- Tap Delete my account and confirm twice.
Your account is deleted immediately.
Without the app
Email [email protected] with the subject “Delete my Knockfall account”. Include your player name and, if you can, your friend code (shown on the Friends screen). We may ask you to confirm the request, then we delete the account within 30 days and tell you when it is done.
What is deleted
- Your account, player name, friend code and sign-ins on all devices.
- Your progress, heroes, items, in-game currencies, stats and ranked rating.
- Your friends list, friend requests, clan membership and clan requests.
- Players you blocked and reports you sent, and blocks and reports about you.
Backup copies are deleted within 4 days. Server logs, which mention account IDs but not names, are deleted within 30 days.
What is kept
Purchase records (item, price, date and the Google Play order number or Stripe payment reference) are kept because we must keep payment records for accounting and refunds. After deletion they are no longer linked to any player name or game data.
Deleting your account does not cancel or refund past purchases. Items bought are lost with the account.
